Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Australia only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.


Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
As many of our products are handmade, processing times may vary slightly during busy periods or for custom orders.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

If an order is made and there is no material at the workshop to fulfil it, a notice will be sent to the customer before confirmation of the order to confirm if longer waiting time is acceptable, if not the order will be cancelled and refunded.

We use trusted Australian carriers such as Australia Post and courier services to deliver your order.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Express Shipping (if selected): 1–4 business days

Once your order has been shipped, If order tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status.

Lucky Stitch Leather is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
